About Me
Hi, I’m Cindy — founder of SomaFlow and a passionate advocate for mindful, strength-based movement. With over 10 years in the fitness industry, I’ve guided clients of all ages and backgrounds through personalized fitness journeys rooted in support, intention, and real results.
I’m a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, nutrition coach, and senior fitness specialist — with a special focus on helping clients build strength, confidence, and resilience at every stage of life. I believe strength training is about more than just muscles — it’s about confidence, resilience, and reclaiming your space. I’m passionate about helping women discover their inner and outer strength through movement that feels empowering, not overwhelming. Whether you're stepping into strength training for the first time or returning after a break, I’ll meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with purpose.
I'm also a mom of two young adult boys and know firsthand how important it is to make space for your own health and strength — even when life is full.
Outside the studio, I enjoy time with my husband of 27 years and our boys. I love road cycling, playing with our dogs, gardening and of course, strength training.
